Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the website located at preownedautologistics.com (the “Site”) or any services offered by Preowned Auto Logistics – Vehicle Transport Made Easy (“PAL Moves,” “us,” “we,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site or placing an order for auto transport services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Site, submitting a quote request, or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are placing an order on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Services
PAL Moves provides auto transport brokerage services, connecting customers with licensed and insured motor carriers for the purpose of transporting vehicles within the United States and internationally. PAL Moves acts as a broker and is not itself a motor carrier. Transport is performed by third-party carriers selected from our vetted network.
3. Quotes and Orders
Quotes provided through the Site or by our team are estimates based on information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on vehicle condition, location accessibility, seasonal demand, and other factors. An order is considered confirmed only upon written or electronic confirmation from PAL Moves and receipt of any required deposit or payment.
4. Payment
Payment terms are as outlined at the time of booking. PAL Moves accepts major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on the Site. By providing payment information, you authorize PAL Moves to charge the agreed amount. All fees are in U.S. dollars.
5. Cancellations and Modifications
Cancellation and modification policies are communicated at the time of booking and may vary depending on the stage of your order. Cancellations made after a carrier has been assigned may be subject to fees. Please contact our team directly to discuss your situation.
6. Vehicle Condition and Liability
You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle is in operable condition at the time of pickup, unless a non-operable transport has been specifically arranged. All vehicles transported through PAL Moves are covered under the assigned carrier’s cargo insurance from the time of pickup to the time of delivery. PAL Moves will provide the carrier’s certificate of insurance upon request.
PAL Moves is not liable for pre-existing damage, mechanical failure, loss of personal items left in the vehicle, or delays caused by weather, road conditions, or other factors outside our control.
7. SMS and Text Message Communications
PAL Moves operates two separate SMS programs. Each requires its own opt-in and can be opted out of independently.
7a. Order Status Notifications (Transactional)
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to order status notifications during the order process, you consent to receive automated SMS text messages from PAL Moves related to your vehicle transport order. These messages may include:
- Carrier assignment and estimated pickup date
- Pickup confirmation and estimated delivery date
- Delivery confirmation
- Delay notifications or order status updates
Message frequency varies based on the status of your order.
7b. Promotional Messages
By separately opting in to promotional communications, you consent to receive automated SMS messages from PAL Moves about promotions, service offers, and company news. Message frequency varies.
7c. General SMS Terms (Applies to Both Programs)
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
To opt out of either SMS program at any time, reply STOP to any message from that program. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed from that program. Opting out of one program does not affect the other.

Consent to receive SMS messages of either type is not a condition of purchasing our services. PAL Moves is not responsible for any charges or fees incurred by your mobile carrier related to the receipt of SMS messages.
8. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not use the Site to transmit any harmful, fraudulent, or unlawful content, or to interfere with the operation of the Site or its systems.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of PAL Moves or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PAL Moves shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to PAL Moves for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Essex County, Massachusetts.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
