Establishing Preowned Auto Logistics in 2001, Dana Rogers is one of the country’s top experts in auto shipping. Dana’s visionary leadership and drive towards excellence has made PAL the most customer obsessed organization in the industry.
It’s Dana’s passion and work ethic that has launched Preowned Auto Logistics as a trusted national brand. Though continued growth is the focus, Dana pushes just as hard to keep the company grounded in its longstanding family-based work culture.
On the big stage, Dana has become a must-hear panelist in auto logistics discussions, and can be found connecting with his large network at many industry conferences. When not in the office, Dana is an avid boater, car enthusiast and all around Boston sports fan. But for the many that know and love him, nothing is more important to him than family and friends.
Jeremy Louisos
Senior Vice President
As Senior Vice President, Jeremy Louisos works closely with the rest of the senior leadership team to make the PAL vision a reality. Joining the team in 2002, Jeremy has worn nearly every hat, giving him a unique and deep understanding of the auto logistics industry.
Jeremy is focused on company strategy, executive sales, technology and operational excellence. He is also the host of the PAL Podcast, and is regularly a contributor and guest on several industry publications.
Recently, Jeremy was honored with the Auto Remarketing 40 Under 40 award, and Co-chairs the IARA EV Logistics, Education and Infrastructure Committee. Outside of PAL, Jeremy enjoys time with family and friends, adventuring outdoors, playing music, throwing airmails, and appreciating the many wonders of the NH seacoast.
Mike Scenna
VP of Sales & Operations
Michael Scenna, as VP of Sales & Operations, supports the company’s growth and vision. With nearly six years at PAL, Michael brings an array of experience as both a business development and operational professional.
Michael is focused on identifying gaps, needs and opportunities, while formulating solutions and implementing strategies to improve organizational performance. Equally as important, Michael builds and maintains driven and successful teams.
As a company go-to for any challenge, Michael manages to blend pragmatic problem solving with jovial and motivating communication. Out in the wild, Michael enjoys golf, hiking and time with family.
Anita Obey
Director of Accounting
In the role of Director of Accounting, Anita Obey is focused on all PAL financial activities. With the company for over 15 years, Anita makes sure PAL continues to move forward and grow.
Starting off with Consumer Sales, helping to build the entire department, Anita eventually shifted to the financial side of the business. It is hard to find a more dedicated, loyal, trusted and delightful professional.
Her attention to detail and hardwork has empowered much of PAL’s success. Always answering the call, Anita rises to any occassion and increases the well-being of all around her. While not at PAL, Anita enjoys spending time with her family.
Mike Marshall
Logistics & Operations Manager
As Logistics & Operations Manager, Mike Marshall has delivered amazing customer experiences at PAL for over 4 years. Managing all things dispatch and drive-away, Mike is focused on continuous improvements to every aspect of PAL operations.
Working closely with the dispatching staff, Mike’s working leadership models excellence and guides developing talent. Driven to implement the PAL vision, Mike brings experience, dedication and fairness.
With over 30 years in Supply Chain, Logistics & Operations management, there is perhaps no greater contribution than just plain being The Marshall. Outside of PAL, Mike enjoys boating, music and spending time with family.
Anthony Delvento
General Sales Manager
In the role of Director of Sales, Anthony Delvento is the newest member of the PAL leadership team. Since joining, Anthony makes a huge impact by understanding and communicating client needs, allowing all customers to ship vehicles with confidence.
With a lifetime in the automobile industry, Anthony has experience in every facet of the dealership world. As an award winning General Manager, Anthony reached excellence in sales, service and customer satisfaction. As a Regional Director, he oversaw and managed daily operations, while strategizing each market vertical, effectively providing amazing experiences for his customers.
Well versed in transportation, Anthony also served as State Manager for Commercial Truck Permits with MassDOT. In his personal time, Anthony enjoys fishing, boating, golf, ice hockey, classic cars and time with his family.
Tanya Gianino
Human Resources & Recruiting Manager
As Director of Human Resources & Recruiting, Tanya Gianino has been with PAL for over 13 years. Tanya is focused on managing employee needs from onboarding to long lasting well-being and excellence.
During her time at PAL, Tanya has worked with several departments, fully understanding the organization’s DNA. Tanya is the warm welcome at the beginning of the day, and a treasured resource when questions arise.
Tanya has made a career of rolling her sleeves up and tackling any challenge. She is loved by all around her and sets a friendly tone for the entire organization. While not at PAL, Tanya enjoys spending time with her family and playing soccer.
Kerri Harris
Enterprise Account Executive
Kerri Harris is PAL’s Enterprise Account Executive. In this role, Kerri is responsible for ensuring the best possible client experiences. She is passionate, confident, focused and driven towards excellence.
Over her three-plus years with PAL, Kerri prides herself on the ability to satisfy any client demand, aggressively pursuing customer satisfaction. With a keen eye, she also helps PAL maintain a high level of organization while bringing a sophisticated flair to everything she does.
Kerri has worked in the automotive industry for over 15 years, and is a proud member of the Mass Movers Association, American Trucking Association and was recently honored with the 2022 Women in Remarking award.
Melissa Dragonas
Marketing Manager
Melissa is a new member of the PAL family, starting at the end of 2022. Her focus as the new Marketing Manager is to blend traditional and digital marketing together to create the perfect hybrid for the PAL brand.
With over 30 years of experience, Melissa brings a very solid background in consumer products, marketing and all things creative. Working with some of the world’s largest brands, such as Disney, Universal Studios and The Beatles, taught her the importance of a company’s image and how it affects a business. She looks forward to bringing PAL’s business to the next level.
While not dreaming of new and inventive ways to build up the PAL brand, she spends her time in the wilds of New Hampshire with her baseball historian/author partner and her very neurotic Border Collie going out on adventures in her decked out Jeep Wrangler.
Nick Vadala
VP of Finance
Nick brings to Preowned Auto Logistics career-long experience in the service and technology industries with businesses in growth and change stages. His experience includes C-level leadership roles as a CEO, COO, and CFO with businesses ranging from start-up to $1b in sales. This includes private, investor owned and public company experience.
It’s Nick’s role to guide the company’s financial performance and work with the leadership team on strategic initiatives to scale and deliver profitable growth and exceptional customer experiences. As part of the executive team, Nick works closely with the leadership of Preowned Auto Logistics as a business partner and advisor bringing his many years of growing and scaling companies to the team.
Nick is active with his alma mater Suffolk University where he is an Advisory Board Member and Lecturer at the Suffolk Center for Entrepreneurship where he started the Suffolk University Consulting Clinic. When not at work, Nick spends time on the Cape, cooking, at Bruins games and is an avid reader of books on history and business.
