These messages may include carrier assignment, pickup confirmation, delivery confirmation, delay alerts, and other order status updates. Message frequency varies based on your order activity.
Promotional Messages: If you separately opt in to promotional communications, we will use your phone number to send you automated text messages about promotions, service offers, and company news. Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply for either program.

Consent to receive SMS messages of either type is not required as a condition of purchasing our services.
We use Twilio, a third-party SMS service provider, to send these messages. Your phone number is shared with Twilio solely for the purpose of delivering SMS messages on our behalf.
