Trying to get quotes for shipping a vehicle is a nightmare with calls from shady companies offering cut rate deals to ship but providing no information on insurance, reliability, background, etc. The incessant emails and texts become overwhelming.PAL was courteous when I called, and the person I first dealt with Johnathan, gave me a quote over the phone followed up by an email and his cell phone to reach him directly when I was ready to ship. Im in Arizona ordered a vehicle through pre owned auto logistics for a vehicle all the way out in Maryland. In the beginning I had some trouble communicating with the driver but once I got connected to Tim Stanton everything went absolutely smooth he really went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. To prove it further My car ended up coming with minor damage on the passenger side door and instantly Tim started taking care of everything by being really communicative and helpful. It took me almost 2 months to take the car to the body shop due to my busy work schedule and even then Tim was patient and always willing to help me out. Great experience shipping my VW e-Golf from a seller in the northwest to New Mexico. PAL's Tim Stanton was very helpful setting up the transaction and has always been quick to respond to my questions about the shipment. Although it was not easy to find a driver to make this trip (in fact, the one he lined up at first unfortunately became unavailable due to an accident), Tim went the extra mile to find one that would get us the vehicle. I’ve been in the car business for a long time, and transportation is always a challenging part of the equation. Preowned Auto Logistics really has their act together, unlike countless other fly-by-night brokers. I could tell you a lot of horror stories relating to brokers who take your money and never answer the phone again, as well as truckers who don’t have proper equipment, fake insurance, or worse, steal the cars after they pick them up. PAL is legitimate, has market correct pricing, and even more importantly, they seem to really vet out the transporters they rely on, and that is critical to ensuring a great customer experience. I had them move a Range Rover and BMW so far from FL to OH, and have also recommended them to several friends. We have all been very pleased with the communication and service we received. Transportation of my vehicle went really well. They kept me updated through the whole process. I chose an enclosed trailer for my car for protection transporting halfway across the country. The only complaint I have is I believe there might have been a bad connection for the “dome” lights inside the trailer, but easily overcame with a good flash light to help with unloading of the car.

In life, there's historically been 2 things you can count on...death and taxes. Well, now there's a 3rd one: Jeff Sartori.I just had my 2007 Toyota 4Runner shipped from Maryland to St. Pete Beach, Florida. Although there were issues, the one positive constant through it all was Jeff.The first carrier that took the shipment had a mechanical breakdown and never picked up the vehicle. The second carrier picked the vehicle on the scheduled day and delivered the vehicle the next day but my self imposed schedule didn't permit me to receive the vehicle. I had a friend receive it.Even with other issues behind the scenes, Jeff was always there--whether by email, phone or text. I won't have the need to ship another vehicle in my life, but I'm glad the only time I did was with Pre Owned Auto Logistics and Jeff Sartori.If I could give 6 stars I would. Thanks Jeff.
